You’re an American worker. So you know from first-hand experience: If there’s one thing American-made products are known for, it’s quality. Simply put, nobody makes things like we do in America. At a time when too many companies are shipping jobs overseas, Filson is bringing them back.
Filson believes no one can craft apparel with the same quality and durability as American workers. That’s why they’re returning all manufacturing of their Filson wool shirts to the United States. Now, all of Filson’s wool shirts will be 100% American made.
Filson has been making clothing at its factory in Seattle since 1897 and is proud to relaunch its line of American-made wool shirts. The line includes five different options:
10238 Original Wool Shirt – Made from springy merino wool, combed for strength and smoothness. Woven into a dense twill serge for increased warmth. A great midweight shirt with classic straight collar and adjustable button cuffs that goes from field to lodge.
10240 Original Wool Shirt with Button Down Collar – Like its cousin, only a little more debonair. The only difference is that this version has a button down collar. Same great shirt, but with a fancy-pants collar.
10242 San Juan Wool Shirt – A versatile, lighter-weight version of Filson’s original wool shirt. This one is made with 100% virgin merino wool, tightly woven for a soft, itch-free smoothness.
12043 Birch Bay Button Down Wool Shirt – Another versatile, lighter-weight version of Filson’s original wool shirt, but with a button-down collar. This shirt’s weight makes it ideal for the transition of layering in changing seasons. Made with 100% virgin merino wool, tightly woven for a soft, itch-free smoothness.
10244 Wool Western Shirt – This shirt features all the classic western features: Pearl snap-flap closures and pockets, front and back western yokes, three-snap cuffs, spread collar, and smooth-finish 9oz original merino wool fabric woven in that distinctive ombre plaid pattern.
Filson has guaranteed every item they’ve sold since the very first one in 1897. But it’s not like you’ll need it, right? You already know Americans make quality products and that these wool shirts are no different. You can these and many other Filson products on Working Person’s Store’s website, WorkingPerson.com.
